The Role of Women in STEM

One spark can reset an entire mindset. One spark, one student can change the fate of the world. The younger generations such as high school students have the world in their hands and one idea from a teenager has the potential of changing the whole world. As the world is riddled with problems, we'll need every mind we can gather and train and inspire to solve our problems in order to improve our world. As we all know, the ever-globalizing world comes with solutions rapidly, however, each solution brings another issue. We as the new generation are responsible for fixing them. If change matters, so will the hundreds of young minds who are passionate about improving themselves and the world they live in. It seems crazy to remove half of the portential for change by discouraging women from STEM fields, doesn't it?
