The Reverse Metamorphosis of Human Productivity

Humans are constantly evolving. Nowadays, people believe that we are so much better than the very first Homo Sapiens. We are smarter and much more capable of technological and scientific advancements. However, what we fail to realize is that in about the last century human beings have been moving backwards. Why and how can we change this? How can we continue to develop as a species? I hope that I can shed some light on these inquiries during my speech so we as a population can reflect on how we need to change, if change is necessary.

Student At Eyüboğlu Educational Institution

My name is Asya Katona, I am currently a tenth grade student at Eyüboğlu High school who is known as outgoing and hardworking. I plan on majoring in some form of biology since I aspire to work in Pharmaceuticals. To be honest, I take after my father: I love to learn everything from how the human body works to how to fix a leaky toilet. I adore discussing my ideas with others and debating about absolutely everything. Once I start talking, I cannot stop. For me, giving a TEDx speech is truly a dream come true because I get to share my research in a field that I am passionate about: The evolution of human productivity.
